Fruit smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 whole banana

  • 3 cubes of ice

  • 200 ml milk/milk alternative

  • handful of blueberries

  • 3-4 strawberries

  • optional scoop of protein powder (choose flavour to compliment smoothie)

 

Step one

Pick your fruit of choice and add your liquid of choice. Some choices include: fruit juice, almond milk, cows milk and water.

Step two

Add your fruit of choice and liquid straight into a blender, along with any greens you choose. Blend to your preferred consistency.

Step 3

Pour mixture into glass, top with preferred, sliced fruit and enjoy.
